Before joining DiBrina Sure Group, Tim was a group insurance and retirement  manager in both Northern Ontario (Sudbury, Kirkland Lake) 1988-1994, and Southern Ontario (Whitby, Toronto) 1994-1996. He was a group insurance consultant with PPI Financial Services in Toronto 1996-1997. Most recently Tim was senior consultant with Reservoir Group in Toronto 1997-2005.

Tim has since joined DiBrina Sure Group as Managing Partner of the Employee Benefits division (DiBrina Sure Benefits Consulting Inc.).

Tim has focused and become an industry leader in working with employer's to preserve company benefits for their employees today and in the future. Tim's passion for putting clients in the driver seat has ensured that benefit costs have remained at the lowest levels possible in the industry.

An active member in the community Tim is a volunteer with Willowdale Hockey and Lacrosse as well as a Children Liturgist St. Gabriel's Parish.

Tim is located at the Toronto office of Dibrina Sure Group.

Jeff St Cyr is the former President of St.Cyr & Associates – Group Benefits Division and recently became the newest Partner in DiBrina Sure Benefits Consulting Inc, following a merger in the summer of 2011.

Jeff is a Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) holds the Group Benefits Associate designation (GBA) and Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designation, and is currently working towards his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation.

Jeff has built extensive experience in managing benefit programs in the mining sector over the years within companies located across the country.  With over 20 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, Jeff positioned St.Cyr & Associates as one of the leading brokerage firms in Northern Ontario with strong relationships within more than 30 major Canadian and International Insurance Companies. He has successfully created an array of branded Group Benefit Products, including a Special Risks Long Term Disability program that focuses on the needs of the blue collar industry. Jeff now brings this expertise to the DiBrina Group.
